From the Franklin Mountains to the state line

The reach runs about 35 km from the city's centre. Inside the city the districts differ: the old Five Points and Segundo Barrio blocks near the Rio Grande, hillside streets in Kern Place, the campus and Sunset Heights around UTEP, the post-war east side around Cielo Vista Mall and the airport, and the open new subdivisions out toward Loop 375. Each needs a different truck approach.

Anthony, Texas and Anthony, New Mexico are two towns on either side of the state line, and they are not the same for rules. The Texas town falls under Texas rules and the TCEQ. The New Mexico town falls under New Mexico rules and the New Mexico Environment Department. Say which Anthony you mean when you call, and the provider will confirm the rules for that side.
